The luxury of working with picture life books begins with your first meeting. We take time learning what will be important to your story and how you like to work. We create a schedule that puts the logistics on our shoulders, leaving you free to storytell and critique. We’ll interview you over repeated sessions, encouraging you to elaborate where you’d like. After we’ve put together a draft, you’ll have the opportunity to review, amend and approve your story.

Images are an important part of all our books. While some clients have their photos digitally archived and accessible, there are those of us that fear the dusty box in the basement. picture life books can work with either, taking the headache out of sorting, organizing and scanning. Once we have your images, we’ll start to put your book together, asking you for as much design input as you’d like to give.

When we’ve got the final thumbs up from you, everything is edited and proofed, then sent off to our small, family owned printer who will make your one-of-a-kind story a reality.

All our books are hard-covered and dust-jacketed. Our most common sizes are 10 x 8, 13 x 11 and 12 x 12, but we are flexible. Paper is thick, rich and luxurious.
